Responsible for all mortgage and installment loan activities from originating to closing. Managed collections and workout plans for delinquent loans, REO properties and represented the bank at bankruptcy hearings. Made commitments for the sale of mortgage loans to Freddie Mac, converted these loans from the banks portfolio to investors portfolio and balanced corresponding GL accounts. Familiar with Visa and MasterCard programs for consumer and merchants, student loans, appraisal review, Freddie Mac underwriting, selling and servicing sold loans, supervision and collections.
